Beths Jeans Houghton is/was brilliant. Wonderful voice, inventive song-writing, the works. So whatever the reasons, whatever the philosophy, it's bloody great to have her back. Perhaps the change of direction warrants the new identity. And the first track since what brand executives might refer to as a rebranding exercise is a belter.
