Without taking themselves too seriously, the album Hypnic Jerk serves up rockabilly garage with country influences. If they weren't listening to Nick Cave while writing it, I'll be very surprised, but influences also come from 16 Horsepower, Elliott Brood and the novels of Cormac McCarthy.
