S'IL VOUS PLAIT BY OTOBOKE BEAVER

Otoboke Beaver describe themselves as: “Japanese girls 'knock out or pound cake' band”. Indeed.

Formed in the summer of 2009 in Kyoto, Japan, the band consists of Accorinrin (lead Vocal & Guitar), Yoyoyoshie (Guitar &Vocals), Hiro-chan (Bass &Vocals) and Pop (Drums &Vocals). The comparison to Shonen Knife is way too easy, but this - taken from the Bakuro Book EP - is a great record from a punchy outfit we'd like to hear an awful lot more from.
