Walsh are the only sports footwear company that is wholly owned, designed and manufactured in Britain, having worked out of their factory in Bolton since it was first established by Norman Walsh in 1961. Learning his trade originally at Reebok, Norman stepped out by himself and created some of the most popular sporting footwear in Britain, particularly amongst the country's hardy community of fell runners.

Named for the area in Bolton, a stones throw away from where they are produced, the Lostock is a classic low cut runner taken from Walsh's casual range. These hand made trainers are constructed with Leather, Suede and Mesh uppers sitting on top of a classic foam midsole and durable outsole.
