Tim Presley doesn't do downtime. The Darker My Love guitarist and frontman was a member, under the pseudonym Timmy Stardust, of late-90s/early-00's hardcore punk outfit, Nerve Agents, before forming the aforementioned psych-folk band in 2004. As well as recording with The Fall on 2007's Reformation Post-TLC, he also features in The Strange Boys.

White Fence is the project he started in 2010, and including his collaborative LP with garage-rocker Ty Segall, he's released six albums under that name, including 2012's Family Perfume Vol.1. and most recently, Cyclops Reap. Tripping between fuzzed-out garage-punk and acidic folk, Tim Presley's White Fence is the bastard psychedelic love-child of Syd Barratt and The Byrds, Dylan and The Merry-Go-Round, and well worth delving in to.
