Newcastle quartet Yellow Creatures describe themselves as 'purveyors of whip-smart, intelligent post-punk that nods to its pub rock and garage roots whilst also looking forward into stranger, more surreal territory'. Difficult not to argue with that and there's more than a whiff of Devo here, always a good thing. Their newly released EP, The Year Of Everything And Nothing, is available at Bandcamp.
