COCKEYED RABBIT WRAPPED IN PLASTIC BY SLUG

This track has been around a while, but is appropriate as Slug's debut long-player has just been released.
Former Field Music bassist Ian Black fronts the group and they purvey what I think we have to call art-pop. The album, Ripe, is a diverse and interesting venture, described by Drowned In Sound as "a creative tour de force which marks the arrival of a new pop maverick." Can't say fairer than that.
