Christian Fitness, aka what Andy Falkous gets up to between Future Of The Left LPs.
A second release from Christian Fitness is due, following on from I Am Scared Of Everything That Isn't Me which came out a couple of years ago.
By way of a preview, here is The Harder It Hits which sees Falkous play everything bar the drums and tread a more experimental path than may be familiar to seasoned FotL fans. Guitars distorted, falsetto singing - not the usual fare, but none the worse for that.
