So this writer gets a message from the boss of this place. "These are back on the scene. And I saw them RIGHT UP YOUR STREET earlier". He couldn't have been more right.
Initially active for less than a year - winter 1974 to the following summer - they came back together in 2003 on the back of a bootleg collection of songs being put out, but then vanished again until 2006. The fruits of that were only born with 2011's Barfly, but now a new album is coming. Coopy is the teaser for the rest of the LP. You'll have to wait for the rest.
Black Record is out on November 13 in Fire Records and is accompanied by live dates, including two in the UK, in London and Leeds.
