Off a self-titled EP released in April comes this from ShitKid, the alter ego of Åsa Söderqvist from Gothenburg. It's very much the modern punk method - DIY, self recording - with a grungey ethic.
The record was made after a night out partying. "I recorded it immediately when I had stumbled home from that party," she told The FADER. "The singing became half-whispering/talking cause it was four o'clock in the morning and I didn’t wanna wake the neighbours. When I woke up, it took me a few more hours to remember the drunk recording the night before, and I had a walk of shame to my computer, slowly opening garageband. And there it was. The exact feeling he gave me."
