Danny Last jumped on a train from Brighton to Liège to see the ten times Belgian champions Les Rouches (the reds) who - in the words of the fans tifo display for this match - have been 'red and white since 1898'.
The visitors on this occasion were Sporting Charleroi. Sadly, due to fierce nature of the rivalry between the two clubs this match a designated combi/bubble match resulting in a partial boycott from large numbers of the away support. Those that did travel enjoyed a cracking encounter which ended 2-2.
