CADBURY ATHLETIC BY DAVID BAUCKHAM

We journey today to one of the most unique venues in British football via the lens of perennial IBWM favourite, David Bauckham. The crowning glory of this ground, based on Cadbury's 'Bournville' estate in Birmingham, is undeniably the magnificent Edwardian pavilion, described by author Colin Peel in his 1996 volume 'Non League Football Grounds of The West Midlands' - note, David always does his homework - as a 'remarkable piece of architecture that ranks amongst the finest of its kind in the land'.
