2012/13 ZENIT HOME BY NIKE

The new Zenit kit by Nike was inspired by an iconic Saint-Petersburg location; Vasilevskiy Island. The arrow is the main feature of the new design and is graphically repeated in the Russian constructivism style. The arrow points diagonally upwards as a symbol of the team’s will to win.

The kit features the traditional colour of the team’s unique laser blue.  Underneath the club emblem there is an inscription which reads: Our name is Zenit. The collar has been also been updated and features the golden lions, another strong symbol associated with the team and St Petersburg.
