TIEMPO PIRLO BY NIKE

A full time footballing great, part time wine crafting aficionado. Andrea Pirlo obsesses over winemaking nearly as much as he does football. This dates back to his childhood in Flero where he spent a lot of time harvesting grapes. He even owns a vineyard now. 

Due to his love for winemaking and his admiration for the beautiful game, Nike has produced the special edition and beautiful Tiempo Pirlo. The boot is produced in premium Algeria leather and in a merlot colourway inspired by the juice of the grape. 

Four gold stars appear on the soleplate and heel counter of these boots which are in honour of Italy's World Cup wins and the Italian flag feature on the lace aglet. This adds extra detail to the boot, making even more impressive. 

As a nod to Pirlo's winemaking and the Tiempo's heritage, 'Aged Since '94' appears on the genuine cork sockliner and on the polka-dot box. The boots are packaged similar to a box of wine and have performance sockliners included
