NIKE and Manchester City have released their new away strip during a break in Los Angeles. It was debuted in the club's International Champions Cup

Manchester City’s heritage is evident in the new kit's distinctive head-to-toe maroon look. Shades of maroon have recurred throughout the club’s kits over the years. Notably, the 1956 FA Cup Final winning team wore a dark maroon jersey with white pinstripes, and the 1967-68 League title-winning side’s kit incorporated maroon detailing.
