THE FOURTH KICKING + SCREENING FILM FESTIVAL

The fourth annual Kicking+Screening Film Festival opens in NYC at Tribeca Cinemas on June 27th.

This year’s festival features world premieres of the Thierry Henry documentary, 1:1, and Gringos at the Gate, an exploration of the USA-Mexico rivalry. Also showing is The Last Proletarians of Football featuring the Sven-Göran Eriksson revolution at IFK Göteborg’s as he led a semi-pro squad to the 1982 UEFA Cup. Sven cast as a socialist-leaning soccer proletariat is one we can’t miss!
