THE CONFIDENCE MAN BY ANDREW WEATHERALL

We love Andrew Weatherall. The veteran producer has either had a hand in making or remixing most of our favourite records of the last christ-alone-knows-how-many years. What we've not had since 2009, however, is a solo album. Well the wait shall no longer be a long one. The end is in sight.
Covenanza, also the name of the festival Weatherall has curated in the old city at Carcassonne the last three years, is due out in February. As a teaser, the lead track has been put out there and it's sublime. As you'd expect. And even at this late stage is putting serious doubt on our record of the year as we prepare the #IBWM50.
