Unusually, what would normally be backing vocals are cranked up louder than the lead which creates something a bit different to what verges on a call and response style of thing. Punchy, punky, in and out in just over two minutes, it's a touch old school. These Tynesiders don't mess about.
No Go is taken from the debut album by Nine Tons called No Frills. Nine Tons started in Tyneside, in 2015 after Duncan Lovatt (vocals, guitar) met with Mark Cliff (drums), Dylan Wake (bass, vocals) and Yin Mo (guitar).
