ADIDAS' THE ASHINGTON CELEBRATES SIR BOBBY CHARLTON
Manchester United legend Sir Bobby Charlton turned out for the reds for the first time 60 years ago, so to celebrate the club's sportswear partner Adidas have released a commemorative pair of trainers.
The shoe is named after the North East town where Sir Bobby was born and the design was inspired by the boots the striker wore.
With a matte black upper with white stripes and metallic gold finishing, the trainers are a thing of beauty. 'ASHINGTON' is imprinted on the tongue, whilst a gold devil is embossed on the heel.
The limited edition trainer is available now from Adidas.co.uk.
